and Larder
One of the most influential people in Michael's professional life has been
Stephanie Alexander, once owner of the famous 'Stephanie's' of Melbourne,
author of numerous best-selling cookbooks and a formally recognised Australian
culinary 'National Treasure'.
In 2000, Michael was thrilled to be invited by his long-time friend and
mentor to join her as Partner and Consultant in her burgeoning Melbourne-based
venture Richmond Hill Café and Larder. As a result, Michael now
divides his time between Australia and New Zealand, revelling in bringing
his own unique brand of expertise and dynamism to business interests on
both sides of the Tasman.
