Richmond Hill Cafe and Larder

One of the most influential people in Michael's professional life has been Stephanie Alexander, once owner of the famous 'Stephanie's' of Melbourne, author of numerous best-selling cookbooks and a formally recognised Australian culinary 'National Treasure'.

In 2000, Michael was thrilled to be invited by his long-time friend and mentor to join her as Partner and Consultant in her burgeoning Melbourne-based venture Richmond Hill Café and Larder. As a result, Michael now divides his time between Australia and New Zealand, revelling in bringing his own unique brand of expertise and dynamism to business interests on both sides of the Tasman.
